Quality Assurance Management System at JLC
Quality Management Systems
JLC has adopted a Quality Management System and is certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016.
Systematic planning, monitoring, and control of organizational and technical processes are achieved through the application of these quality management systems. All critical process parameters are controlled using Statistical Process Control tools and all processes are set using a Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) to ensure high quality of products.
IATF 16949:2016 Automotive QMS Certification
JLC Electromet Pvt. Ltd. is an IATF 16949:2016 Automotive Quality Management System (QMS) certified company. IATF 16949:2016 is the International Standard for Automotive Quality Management Systems, jointly developed by The International Automotive Task Force (IATF) members and submitted to the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) for approval and publication.
JLC has ISO 9001:2015 based Quality Management System supported by a fully equipped in-house laboratories for testing of chemical, metallurgical and electro-magnetic properties of the materials.
Quality and Testing
JLC has fully equipped in-house laboratories for physical, chemical, mechanical and metallurgical testing.
To assure our quality standards, all testing and measuring equipment within JLC are subject to frequent calibration and verification by National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) accredited lab. as per ISO 17025:2017 for calibration of Electro-technical parameters.
ISO 17025:2017 Certification
JLC's Thermocouple Lab is an ISO 17025:2017 certified testing centre recognized by the National Accreditation Board for Testing & Calibration Laboratories (NABL), India.
Certification to ISO/IEC 17025 standard assures that results provided by JLC's Thermocouple lab are accurate and reliable. This standard certifies that the testing lab operates competently and generates valid results.
Compliance with Global Material Regulations
We follow strict adherence to Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS Directive) and REACH Regulation.
JLC Electromet is registered as a manufacturer at Substances Declarations and Conflict Minerals Web Database known as BOMcheck.
